1. The service
Basim Mohammed VPS ("we", "us") provides you ("the client") with a private Windows virtual server for running MetaTrader 5 and related trading software. You access it through a secure browser connection. By signing in, you accept these terms.
2. Availability
We aim to keep the server running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the service is provided on a best-effort basis without any guaranteed uptime. Interruptions can happen because of maintenance, power or internet outages, hardware faults, or problems with third-party services such as Cloudflare, Microsoft, MetaQuotes or your broker.
3. No liability for trading results
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and other financial instruments carries a high risk of loss. We provide technical hosting only. We do not give investment advice, and we do not operate, check or approve your trading strategies or Expert Advisors. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, slippage or lost profits, including any caused by downtime, delays, connection problems, software errors or maintenance. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for monitoring your positions.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login email, Windows password and broker credentials secret. Do not share access with others.
- You are responsible for all software you install and run on the server, and for having the right licences for it.
- Do not change the server's network settings or remove the management software. Doing so may make the server unreachable.
- Keep your own copies of your source code and important files.
5. Acceptable use
The server may be used only for trading and directly related activities. The following are not allowed: sending email or spam, file sharing or torrents, crypto-mining, scanning or attacking other systems, hosting public websites or services, and any illegal activity. To protect the service, outbound connections are limited to standard secure web ports. If your broker needs a different port, ask us and we will review it.
6. Security and access
Each client server is isolated on its own network and can reach only the internet. Sign-in is protected by Cloudflare Access with one-time email codes. We may access your server for maintenance, support or security reasons. We will not trade on your accounts or read your trading data, except where needed to fix a problem you have reported.
7. Your data and backups
Your server, and therefore our backups, may contain personal and trading data, including broker login details saved in MetaTrader 5. We keep backups for 7 days and use them only to restore your server. When the service ends, your server and its backups are permanently deleted within 14 days, unless you ask us to keep a copy for longer.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access without notice if these terms are broken, if the server is used for abuse, or if payment is overdue. Either party may end the service with 7 days' written notice by email. We will give you the chance to copy your files before the server is deleted.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
